Order Procurement

Sampling Development

We create our own styles with our stylist and modelist and make the samples and give to customer approval and their for their modifications on the styles base on their Price and quality requirements. Once the samples and prices are finalised, we the order from customers and do the production with our own direct suppliers from Bangladesh based on the customer requirement of specification and quality standard.

Fitting Approval

Our Production team prepares for fitting sample with actual fabric and available colours and designs along with Lab dips and Print /Emb strike- offs for evaluation of fitting from customer side.

Pre-Production & Styling Approval

Our Production team prepares for fitting sample with actual fabric and available colours and designs along with Lab dips and Print /Emb strike- offs for evaluation of fitting from customer side.

Follow-ups

Introduction

Our Production team follow up with factory directly based on the customer requirements in the every stage of production process in order to achieve customer requirements and satisfaction.

Fabric inspection

Quality Inspectors, start inspection from fabric stage itself. Once the bulk fabric is in-housed, we do the fabric inspection in the factory in order to find out the fabric mistakes and ensure the correct fabric for bulk production. If found any problems in the bulk fabric and arrange for rectify the mistake by reprocessing. Fabric is not been corrected in reprocessing then the fabric’s get rejected.

Inspections

Initial Production Inspection

Executed at the initial stages of production where 20 to 50 pieces are ready and verified against almost all-contractual specifications like measurement, accessories, workmanship, style, color, appearance and quality of the fabric

Mid Production Inspection

The following inspection is carried out at the stage of production where 25 to 50% of the order quantity covering all colors and sizes are ready. It helps in ensuring that initial discrepancies have been duly attended and correctives measures have been implemented. It also check for measurement and workmanship.

Final Random Inspections

Performed after 100% goods packing, the service ensures product adherence with international standards like ISO/ASQC/ANSI. It is performed as per individual buyer’s specifications. Before starting the Inspection Inspector has to receive the declared packing list with all furnished details like shipping marks, net weight, gross weight, carton measurement and other details.
